    I’ve been wanting to get back into yoga! I miss how healthy I used to feel when I did it regularly, and even more the benefits it had for my mind and overall stress level. You’ve inspired me to get back into it!

    I do Pilates which has many basis of yoga and I feel that it works better for me. Yoga is an amazing tool and gives so many benefits!
