Happy, Happy Sunday!!! 😘 We’re gonna be switching gears here, from Spain back to LA!
So lettttsss do thissss!!!
But first… If you haven’t done so already, go check out my Spain Recap/Guide once you’re done here because there are TONS of never before seen photos! *Hint* They involve Cristiano Ronaldo 😉 And who wouldn’t want to see those! haha.
PS are you guys watching the World Cup? If so, who do you want to win? Did you guys see the Spain vs Portugal game?!! It was literally THE most intense game ever!!! Of course I’m going for Spain, but I must admit that Ronaldo is literally a BEAST for those goals he made! Like Hat Trick whhhhaaattt?!!
But anyway, enough about the World Cup! Let’s get back to why were REALLY here!!
The New Way To Travel In Style!
If you follow me on Instagram, you might remember me posting a ton of IG stories on a bus a few weeks back…
If you don’t remember, don’t worry because I’m about to fill you in!!
Do you guys remember when I spoke on the panel at Fashion Digital LA? Well a few weeks before that I was on Instagram and I stumbled upon the coolest thing!
Cabin!
After stalking their IG a little further 😜, I found out Cabin was a LUXURY, MOVING HOTEL that took you from SF to LA and vice versus!! And the best part?! It’s at night so you fall asleep in one city and WAKE UP IN ANOTHER!!
How cool is that?!
When it comes to modes of transportation from SF to LA, I feel like I’ve done it all, because I’ve gone so many times. But a moving hotel?! Never in my wildest dreams have I tried that before!
Naturally, I knew I HAD to see what all the hype was about!
So I booked my ticket and counted down the days til my trip!
It arrived rather quickly and before I knew it, DeAndre was driving me to the city for departure! The drop off location is right next to the Bay Bridge (here in the North Bay) and you can start boarding at 10:30pm, as the bus leaves at 11pm!
So I got checked in, handed off my bags and had DeAndre come take a look inside and get me situated before I left! I was a little nervous! haha!
But we were quickly impressed by the looks, feel and overall presentation of it all! The bus was lined with full length beds (with curtains of course)! And each bed had a bottle of water, earplugs, a face wipe and some dream water on it, to help you fall asleep.
The bus also had wifi and each little sleeping cabin had a book light and plug too in case you wanted to stay up and read or watch a movie.
After texting D for a little while though, I soon fell asleep and the rest was history! haha!
A couple hours later, I woke up in LA!
We arrived around 7am, to the beautiful view of the Santa Monica Pier and they had fresh coffee and tea waiting for us downstairs in the seating area.
It was just such an easy, comfortable and convenient way to travel!!! I loved how I could be on my phone, work on my laptop, stretch my legs all the way out, fall asleep and just relax while taking the trip down south! I’ll definitely be taking it again!
And if you guys want to try it out, use this code “BEYONDCB20”, before August 15th for $20 off your trip! Your trip can be after August 15th, you just have to book before then!
What do you guys think about Cabin? Would you try this new way of transportation?! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
And as always, thanks for reading! 😘
This is awesome! I had no idea of such a thing! I checked the prices and it seems like a really good deal, thanks so much for sharing! I definitely have to consider this option since I have been wanting to go to SF forever, but I don’t want to drive!

Right?! Having to drive yourself can be pretty brutal! haha! Thanks for reading and hopefully you’re able to experience it for yourself! 🙂
Hello dear Bianca! I’m enjoying very much your travel pics on Ig! A moving hotel sounds amazing! I find moving from one place to the other often uncomfortable, so I think this is the best idea ever!! Thanks for sharing! Love, Valeria
Author
Doesn’t it?! My legs get so cramped up in the car so this was perfect! And I was actually able to fall asleep which was even better!! 🙂 Thanks for reading Valeria! xo
Just wondering what the prices are like?
Author
Fares start as low as $84!!! 🙂
This is so cool, it reminds me of these pod hotels you have in Tokyo, but a mobile one at that! And if you want to save time, why not sleep in one of these while transferring cities. It’s kind of a first class cabin on an airplane, except it’s a whole lot more convenient. 🙂 Thanks for the tip!

Right?!! My thoughts exactly in regards to the first class seats in an airplane!! I’ve never been to Tokyo though, but I REEEALLLY want to go!! Sounds like a blast! 🙂
This is awesome! I had no idea it was a thing! Cabin looks amazing! I’m a travel blogger, so I might have to try Cabin out next time I’m in CA. Thanks for sharing!
Author
Right?!! I’m surprised it hasn’t been out forever!! 🙂 Let me know if you end up trying it!!!
Such an interesting idea! I have never heard of this type of travel before, but now I am intrigued!
Author
Right?! It’s such a great idea!!!
I heard about this before they launched, but haven’t been following. It looks pretty amazing! And I like how there’s enough space so you don’t feel claustrophobic. Might need to give this a try the next time I go to SF.
Author
yeah it was pretty awesome! you should definitely check it out if you ever head up north! 🙂
I’ve never heard of this but it looks AMAZING! Perfect for solo travel!
Author
yes! I took it alone and it was great!
Now that is a way to travel. RV traveling has gone in scale, I would take that going across the country.
Author
hehe right?! I would too!!
I bet that would be an awesome way to travel!
Author
It was so comfy and fun!
Wow! This looks super cool! Makes the trip so much easier! Maybe they’ll extend it to other cities, too!
Author
Yes, I think that’s the plan!! I’m excited to see where they head to next!
What an interesting concept! I’ve never heard of anything like this, but it sure looks like a cool thing to do because you go to sleep in one city and wake up in another!
Author
That’s the best part for sure!! Waking up refreshed is the best when you want to hit the ground running 🙂
That looks like such a fantastic way to travel! I’ve done sleeper trains, but sleeper buses take it to a whole new level!
Author
Right?! Next level coolness for sure!! 🙂
Omg this is amazing lol!! What a seriously cool way to travel. So sad we don’t have something like that here in Toronto 🙁
