Happy, happy Wednesday my friends!! 🙂
As some of you may already know, there’s some pretty EXCITING / life-changing news up on my Instagram right now!! So if you haven’t already seen it, be sure to take a look!!! 😁😃 And I’ll also be writing a blog post all about it in the days to follow…
But until then, let’s get into THIS post!!
Soooo.. As you guys know, the obsession with LA is REAL!! I mean… It’s only the BEST county out there!!
And I thought what better way to enjoy the summer, than to spend it pretty much entirely in LA?! I couldn’t think of anything better!! And with it being my first summer completely free from a normal 9-5 job and now fully working for myself, it was finally possible!!!
So I did just that! I traveled down to LA about 8 times in a matter of like 3 months? Staying for a week/week & a half at a time! It was GREATTTTTTT!!!! But with that said, I had a ton of you guys asking for recommendations on where to stay.. And now that I have a second of downtime before my flight to Philly tonight, I thought I’d fill you guys in on my little secret!
I’m talking about the often overlooked, beautiful little city of Pasadena!!!
And especially the Hotel Constance Pasadena!
While there are tons of different cities in LA County to choose from, such as Hollywood, Burbank, Santa Monica, DTLA etc, I’m especially fond of Pasadena! Not only does it have tons of beautiful art deco and Victorian style buildings, it has a warm, small-town feel and some awesome shopping! It’s also pretty well priced compared to other cities and is only 20 minutes northeast of LA. It’s also only 20 minutes from the Burbank airport and 20 minutes from the Griffith Observatory just to give you an idea of location!
And now that I’ve given you a little background on the city, I want to highlight the hotel I stayed at! As mentioned, I was at the Hotel Constance Pasadena and it was beautiful!
The lobby was stunning and the hotel staff couldn’t have made the check-in process any easier!
Some of my favorite things about my stay had to of been the warm cookies at check-in, the iPad virtual concierge in the room, the URB-e rental, the Tuk Tuk guest transportation rides and the gorgeous decor throughout the entire hotel!
They also hosted a silent disco when I was visiting and it was SOOO cool!! And they are currently working on a rooftop pool!!
The Hotel Constance Pasadena has fun for everyone and is centrally located to tons of restaurants, a comedy house and as mentioned, tons of fun little shops!
So if you’re looking for accommodations in a charming, welcoming and beautiful little city, I definitely suggest checking out the Hotel Constance Pasadena!! I’ll definitely be returning! And I’ll definitely be waiting for that rooftop pool to be done!!
And as always, thanks for reading! 💕 And if you’re also looking for a rental for your trip to beautiful SoCal, be sure to check out this post too!!
