Hi y’all! I hope you guys are having a wonderful weekend! And as you can see from the title of this post, I’ll be sharing my recommendation on where you should stay if you’re visiting Tampa, Florida!!
So let’s get into it!
If you follow along on my Instagram, you might remember the quick little trip I took to Tampa a few weeks back, for one of DeAndre’s games! I was posting about it mainly on my Instagram stories because I was only there for 24 hours, but if you didn’t happen to catch them before they expired (or maybe missed my insta post), no worries!! That is what this blog post is for! 😊
But just as a little side note, most of my “behind the scenes”/ everyday life activities are shown on my Instagram stories, instead of on my actual feed! You’ll definitely see parts it on the feed, but on stories you’ll get a TON more of DeAndre, what goes on during game days, family life, day-to-day life, events, shopping etc! So if you’re looking for more of a peek into that, I’d highly recommend checking out my stories! ❤️
Now let’s get back to where you should stay while visiting Tampa, Florida!
I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Alba and couldn’t recommend it enough!
First, they have a complimentary airport shuttle. That’s always a huge plus for me!.. But it doesn’t stop there!! The shuttle can also take you anywhere you want to go (within 3 miles of the hotel)!! I kid you not.. anywhere!! Think about how much money you can save by not having to use Uber or Lyft?!
And the hotel was in a PRIME location, so everywhere I wanted to go was within the 3 mile limit! The malls, restaurants, the stadium etc!
Hotel Alba has also been newly renovated, so as you can see from the photos, everything is super clean and new. And the decor is so cute, cozy and inviting. They even have a fun game room in the lobby, so if you’re competitive like me, you might want to check it out for a game of foosball or shuffleboard.
All the rooms are also stocked with anything you could possibly need! + the beds are SO comfy!!!
And to my surprise, the management team even left a little something extra in my room one night, before I got back. It was bottle of champagne and a sweet treat from the chef!
They truly went above and beyond! The entire staff did!!
Not to mention, the food at Hotel Alba’s restaurant, The Spaniard was delicious too! I tried a burger and a caesar salad and both were so good!
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to grab a drink at the outside bar, or swim in the pool, but both looked like a great time!
And here are some of the items I packed for my quick trip:
Overall, I had a VERY pleasant time at Hotel Alba and would definitely stay there again!! If y’all have any questions about my stay, or about Tampa in general, feel free to send me an email or message me on Instagram!!
Now let’s get ready to conquer our Mondays’ tomorrow! Night!!
